Cal Sync documentation

Overview

Cal Sync connects Cal.com bookings to Attio. It can create or update Attio records and list entries as bookings are created, rescheduled, cancelled, or marked as no-show.

What it syncs

  • Booking title, description, UID, start time, end time, timezone, and location.
  • Attendee and organizer details needed for CRM activity tracking.
  • Booking status, reschedule state, cancellation reason, and form responses.
  • Linked Attio person records and list entries for meeting history.

Setup

Connect Cal.com from the Cal Sync app settings in Attio. You will need a Cal.com API key with the "Never expires" option enabled.

Create a Cal.com API key here: https://app.cal.com/settings/developer/api-keys

After the connection is saved, Cal Sync validates the account, configures webhooks, and prepares the Attio list and field mappings used for booking data.

Subscription

Personal Cal.com events are free. Team and round-robin Cal.com events require the Cal Sync Team Plan.
